When I first started this, my only goal was to get the cravings that had crept back into my life out of my system. I never expected it to change my attitude with food so much! But it's more than that! It's changed my attitude with myself and my emotions as well. Food can be a happy, wonderful and tasty way to enrich and celebrate life. Or it can be a horrible drug that tears lives apart and makes people sick. If food isn't simply a wonderful addition to your life that keeps you alive and occasionally make a celebration a little sweeter, you may want to consider doing the Whole30 challenge as well!
