I've kept a pretty good documentation of my progress through photos. However, a lot of these aren't great quality because I've taken some by myself (in the mirror) but it still gives the overall effect...

CHANGES IN MY FACE
Congratulations on your hard effort. And may I say you look real sexy. Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteYou are seriously inspiring! Was it all exercise or anything specific that you did? I can not wait to show my success! I am writing a story on my journey! Congratulations to you! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Ashley! It was definitely more than exercise. Check out my 5 Steps for Permanent Weight Loss link at the top. Good luck to you!
DeleteOh my gosh, Tammi, this is unbelievable! I am in a rut in my life, borderline depressed, struggling with the fact I rocked out a healthly lifestyle and lost 20 lbs for my wedding, just to be hit with some unhappy news about my healthy as a newlywed, fall into sadness and a habit of sleeping away my life and eating, and gaining 25 lbs back within a year of my wedding! I'm reaching for motivation, and to feel hope and positive in my skin again, and seeing your life and your SHARING of everything you have been through and go through... you are amazing! <3 Congratulations, Tammi, and thank you a million times over for being amazing! And anonymous is right - Girl, you are rocking out the sexy!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your success! You look amazing!!
ReplyDeleteI had heart surgery April 2011. It;s now been 11 months and I went from 233 to 293. I cried when I saw your 220 picture, and I longed to be that size again, and the lighter. You are very inspiring, great job. - Mary in Michigan
ReplyDeletethis is so inpiring. i have finally gotten the motivation to lose this burden its because of you thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your weight loss. You look absolutely fantastic. I'm the same age as you and weight 270lbs. I've just started eating healthy and lost 5lbs. Your story and photos have really inspired me. Thanks for sharing your weight-loss journey, especially your photos; because, for me, I can now visualise how I can look as I lose the weight - front, side, back and face - rather than picturing myself as still being heavy!! Thanks again and well done.
ReplyDeleteYou are a true inspiration, Iam currently 161pounds and see this everytime i crave food which is unhealthy to remind me that I could do this as well. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteYou are smokin' hot! Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely amazing! I am just starting my weight loss journey and hope I can look even half as good as you! I noticed you don't really seem to have much, if any, loose skin...did you do something specific to avoid that?
ReplyDeleteAgain, you look fantastic! Keep it up!
Thank you Laura! Actually, I have a blog about just that subject. Check it out :)

You are an inspiration to me! ...so far I have lost 8 lbs. I have 40 to go! Some days it is VERY hard... I'm an eater. I love food... I'm always hungry.. I used to be able to lose weight so easily, but after my second child and a tubal ligation it is extremely hard, but I am not going to give up!
ReplyDeleteIt is so inspiring to see your change! Well done!
ReplyDeleteHi! Congratulations on your weight loss:) I would like know how long it takes to gain your new figure?
ReplyDeleteKeep going.
Thank you, thank you and thank to share your storie.
Maria (from Portugal)
you are looking awesome!
ReplyDeleteHello! Amazing and beautiful...both before and after...much healthier afterward, though. I am inspired by your accomplishment! I have started my journey as of last week. I am starting at 250 lbs although I am not happy with myself, I am not depressed because I know I have the dedication to do what it takes to loose it. I am starting with Zumba 3 days a week and healthy eatting...I do not want to refer to it as a diet because I do not intend on being on a "diet" for a period of time and stopping. I want to change my eatting lifestyle...as well as my families. Any advise would be appreciated!
