28 Day Challenge

Welcome to the 28 Day Challenge!

I have decided to set this up where anyone can start this challenge at anytime as I will post the link for each day's challenge. However, if you are reading this as I'm publishing it, I hope you'll "officially" join the challenge on Facebook here. While it is not necessary to join the challenge to participate, here are the reasons you should.
  • Accountability. It's going to be very easy to decide "oh, maybe I'll just start this challenge next week" if you're doing it on your own and know it's an option.
  • Support. This group is closed. This means that the only way someone can see what you are posting is if they are also a member of the challenge. This will allow us to more freely reach out for help, offer support and share our successes with our fellow teammates. Keep in mind, social support is a huge indicator of success when making any lifestyle changes.
  • Notification. You will receive Facebook notifications whenever the new day's challenge has been posted. This way you don't accidentally forget a day of the challenge because it was lost in your new's feed.
The challenge kicks off on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.
